He is a seasoned architectural designer with experience in all phases of the design process that spans nearly 5 decades. Over this time period, he has successfully managed a broad range of projects for the firm, and has worked with clients and contractors to develop innovative strategies to meet construction challenges. Under his leadership, the firm’s commitment to Client satisfaction has yielded substantial cost and schedule benefits resulting in project success.

Stanley L. Jennings, AIA is Vice President of J.W. Robinson & Associates, Inc. He has 40+ years of architectural and project management experience and oversees the coordination and implementation of standards from conceptual design through the design documents process. Most of his years with JWRA includes facilitating project management and developing specifications for all projects.
Stan’s additional experience extends to other services provided by the firm that include building evaluation reports and needs assessments, program and scope development, facility and community planning, feasibility studies, coordination of asbestos abatement design services, and construction administration including on-site quality assurance inspections, submittal review and change. He has provided professional services for virtually every type of architectural project including commercial, educational, institutional and municipal buildings; religious and conference centers, mixed-use developments and others.
Chela Borne, Associate AIA, Associate and Project Manager serves as Senior Designer and BIM Specialist for J.W. Robinson & Associates, Inc. Her expertise is exhibited on all projects she has undertaken with the primary focus of ensuring the finished project meets the project objectives. Her 12 years of experience in conceptual design and presentation provides a creative and insightful style of method to accommodate project size and scope. Chela’s individual experience in 3-D modeling offers the Client a more realistic view of the proposed finished product.
Chela is typically involved throughout all phases of a project, with the primary goal of making sure the Client is provided with state-of-the-art facilities. Her adept skills in the use of Autodesk Revit and its Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities provide a high level of quality control during the design and documentation processes, which allows all phases of the project to flow as seamlessly as possible.
