Huntington Hall is a 15,613 s.f., three-story building dating from 1908. During Phase I, J.W. Robinson & Associates stabilized the existing structure, repaired / repainted the exterior masonry, repaired the roof, replaced windows, completed some demolition, and repaired the porch roofs and doors. Studies were done to evaluate the historical significance, the integrity of the building envelope, roof and structural systems, and its environmental hazards. During Phase II, the interiors were adapted for modern use while preserving the historic character. New gas service, sprinkler, rework sidewalks, pad and infrastructure associated with wheel chair lifts, elevator shaft, interior carpentry, repair and refinish main stair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, data and security and emergency generator. This building houses the offices of the President, Vice-President, Administrative Support Offices, Lounge and Student Affairs.
